Fee Structure outside of Standard:
- NON Plus standard support – Office hours – Free email / no phone support
- Remote Hands ( your pc ) – Office hours – £25 per hour or part therof
- VM Monitoring – £11 per calender month
- 3rd Party software – Office hours – £25 per hour or part therof
- OUT OF HOURS – All Support calls outside of support plus plan carry a £110 charge, upon triage if it is deemed to be a non VM / Mediasite issue, charge will be levied.
