We realise most stations are running on a budget, and the support just isnt there when you need it most, we are now offering FULL station support for emergencies and Off Air callouts evenings and weekends.

As our client base has grown, so has the demand for high-quality support. To make sure every station gets the help they need when it matters most, we’ve evolved how we deliver support — with a focus on faster response times, clear service levels, and access to real engineers when you need them most.

As of now, phone support is only available with a Radio Core+ support plan. This change ensures our time and expertise are always available to those who need it most — especially during critical moments like live outages or on-air emergencies.

Standard Support (Included):

  • Email only — support@themediasite.co.uk
  • 2-hour response time (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm UK)
  • Phone support is no longer included without a plan

Out-of-hours calls are strictly for OFF AIR emergencies on Mediasite-hosted services.
All other queries — including software support, remote access, or system advice — are chargeable unless you’re on a support plan.

Standard weekday support is included as standard, and provided via email, this is a premium service with a dedicated “EMERGENCY” telephone number to call.

Todays payment is for 1 months service

Recurring Payments are made by Direct Debit.
